It's a quite popular milk-tea SLASH chinese food stall. It could be found in different places mainly in places related with Chinese people including Divisoria and St Jude Catholic School. There's one inside DLSU as well! They really have lots of stalls and are famous in DLSU schools.

Professional Judgment = One word. TARO! Their Taro drink is one of the best taro drinks I've ever tasted honestly. The pearls they add on are really compatible with their taro drink. What's more is that their drink is really cheap! PHP55 only for a big tumbler of Taro Milk Tea!
