The staffts of Tea Central are some of the best I've seen. They're really really friendly. When you're alone, they'll even chat up with you. If you're a regular, they'll typically know what you'll order and even say hi again plus the name. When customers are groups, they'll even crack up jokes with the customers and even ride when the groups are chatting and joking with the staffs. They're very nice and hospitable.
I really thought Tea Central was one of those premier franchises, which I would then learn that there are only a few branches. They should really go big because their drinks are really top-notch and the number of choices would really hit many customers in a bigger place including malls. They have the potential to go big, considering their service, their staffs, and of course, their drinks. I hope they'll go bigtime.
For the drink I chose, here goes... (I've been a customer of Tea Central before as well for how many times and their milk teas are tasty.)

Staff Friendliness = 5
Professional Judgment = Even without the staff friendliness, their drink would still get high scores. The flavour of their cherry blossom milk tea is quite different from the usual Japan Milk Tea. It's got a milkier and a more fragrant and soothing feeling. It's just different. Pardon me if I cannot explain clearly.
